I've Gone and Done It

I posted a while ago about golf clubs in East Sussex, well I've decided to join Lewes. My application is in and I've met the captain, so from the 1st of June (providing my application is sanctioned by the board of directors) I will be a member of Lewes Golf Club.

I was invited to a taster day and liked what I saw but for me the clincher was the club will assist in finding you a playing partner if like me you are new to the sport, oh and they sell Harvey's in the clubhouse

As an added bonus due to selling my old trials bike SWMBO has given me permission to invest in a better set of irons, so next Sunday I'm off to World of Golf to get me fitted for a set of Mizuno MX-200 I've already tried them and they are the dogs naughty bits.

Can life get any better ???????

Yep, that's the one, I was weaned on it as a child growing up in Lewes
