It will be all white in the night

He did better than TM. They couldn't get past the first 2 characters!

And as it seems to be every 2nd week, there's plenty of choice!

TM lost the Pro Shop market some year ago with that policy - and the much reduced end-of-line kit. I know of 2 AG outlets that aren't happy with TM providing so much 'choice' too. This will make 5 or 6 current TM Driver options! Crazy!

Believe Callaway currently have 7 driver options with another 2 more on the way.

Why do you always defend criticism of TM by using Callaway as a comparator? They are just as bad (mainly because they are following the TM model to try and regain mkt share!).

Why Is it only TM that are faced with the criticism when it comes to the release of clubs on a regular basis ?

Nothing like a bit of balance

For the people that don't like TM releasing regular clubs the solution is very simple - don't buy them ? Then you have no need to worry or even have anything to complain about because they won't be effecting you

But that would stop that favourite hobby of TM bashing - the same TM bashing that gets conveniently forgotten when they offer prizes or free stuff

Wow you dont half like the broad brush approach, some pretty big assumptions there.

For the record, I feel I have every right to criticise TM (especially based on the lack of truth the head of the co has admitted to) as as you have suggested in the past this is an open forum and anyone can post an opinion. I also have criticised Callaway lately and will continue to do so if I see fit. As for buying TM clubs, I dont and wont unless they change their approach (and build quality imo). As for forgetting the bashing, havent entered any of the recent TM comps and have no plan to change that approach.

But feel free to continue assuming that we are all the same lol

I have quite a bit of TM in the bag now & really like the Rocketbladez irons. But I do agree with you on build quality, especially Drivers & Woods. They don't seem to stay looking new for very long, compared to Ping.

Was more a general broad picture as opposed to aimed at you

You would think reading comments that TM are the most evil golf company going. They release clubs they think will sell and help golfers - but their ultimate aim as per all companies is to be successful. They won't change their approach - because it works.

I make Callaway 4 - using the same criteria as I used for TM.

Ping also has 4.

Btw. It was 2 AG guys that were 'complaining'. I stopped buying TM Drivers in 2007/8.
