I'm pretty sure both the Conservatives and Liberals got their wrists slapped over election expenses as well after the election. I have a feeling one Tory seat was up in court about leaflet expenses. Each party pushes the limits because elections stretch them financially. This one makes the news because the stone was such a bad idea.
