I am not disputing that.

Though Kuchar's action obviously wasn't against The Rules, methinks this rule needs to be amended slightly (no idea how, but there plenty of great minds for this sort of thing available to R&A/USGA) to ban this sort of action. It certainly seems, to me, to be 'against the spirit' of The Rules.
