Just back last night from 4 nights in Belfast / Dublin and what a great trip we had . We played Kncok , Dundalk, St Maragrets and Kilcock.
Knock was a bargain at £26 and was in great condition with a few climbs and long par 4's made for a decent test.
Dundalk was another bargain at 30 euro it was again in great knick the first 9 holes we got a soaking so kind of put a dampner on it, clubhouse was nice and the food grand , well worth a visit if your in the area.
St Margarets was a bit dissapointing as its kind of run down a bit we'd played before and were looking forwrd to it again , it was still not bad but for 25 euro a bit of a steal, wouldnt go back th.
Kilcock was a freebie thru my mates mate who is a memeber there very nice course and very lush.
As always the local were full of chat wanting to know where your from and where you've played, we stayed Malmaison in Belfast which was class and The Arlington in Dublin cant get much closer to the Temple Bar than that:whoo:
