Nicked this from a fitba forum that I used to frequent.

Rules are simple - you simply set your ipod (or other mp3 device) to shuffle your entire library and then list the last 5 songs that were played and the name of the artist/band/performer. No skipping, no neglecting to mention embarrassing tunes that are only on there because your spouse/partner/children put it there, honest...

No, I think you just set it to shuffle and press play and list the 5 it plays. That's what I did anyway. There is no such thing as the last 5 as shuffle will repeat sometimes, so you would be there forever:)
