Info about Frinton on Sea GC

My Essex based cousin has moved out from the end of the Central Line to Frinton. on Sea. I know that as the refuge of Old Colonels etc.. We've been invited up for a week in the summer, anyone know anything about Frinton GC?

Looks ok on the website! DO I pack the clubs?

Played in years ago, a pleasant round so I'd say go for it

Yeah Frinton is worth a round....decent firm conditions under foot. First two holes are a bit bland but then you start heading out towards the sea wall and things get a little more interesting. Make it worth your while by bringing the sticks and do a double header and go and play Clacton as well.

Just played Frinton.

Very pleasant if a little unremarkable. Par 3s were very good. Well worth the green fee of £35
