Thankfully this time it's not me. Was due to go to the range with my daughters boyfriend earlier to let him get some practice - he's just beginning and has only had 2 lessons. When I arrived at their flat he was looking somewhat sheepish. When I asked why he said look behind you - there was a hole the size of the toe of a mid iron in their bathroom door.

When eventually we were allowed to get out after my daughters rant I was watching his swing and spotted the reason this occurred - no not because he was practicing indoors but because he wasn't taking the club back straight enough. Having told him this I was promptly asked 'why didn't you say that before I tried it out in the flat' - talk about gratitude.

LOL - I once had the then club captain for a lesson i the lounge bar as he was complaining of swinging to upright. So I had him under a chanderlier and said he would hit it if he sung too upright. Yep, took me an hour to get all the broken glass out of my hair.

Still, your daughter bf appears to be keen!
