Imurg Inches Past Crocked Fragger .....Just

Oh how frustrating
Played quite well today, CVG turned up for the first nine and then retired "frost Bitten" with the scores Fragger & Imurg tied on 14, CVG lagging behind on 8

so just the two of us, shoot out. We were scoring the same number of points per hole up till the 17th when Fragger took a 1 point lead. with a quality par.

However on the previous hole, whilst pulling his trolley, fragger ricked something in his back, right between the shoulder blades. and although he battled and parred the 17th to take the lead, he could hardly lift a club on the last.

Anyway to cut a long story short, The Chubby one saw his chance and got par with a shot for 3 points, and Fragger could only manage a 7 for his only blob of the day.

End Result Fragger 31, Jammy Git 33 points

To be fair, before Fragger parred the 17th Imurg did offer the option of an honourable draw, but Fragger , wanting to wup his fat ass,twice in two days, declined

The stubborn git wouldn't take the half - no sympathy at all.

To be fair, he played some cracking shots today, some crud too but that's golf. The back went around the 16th green and I thought he was going to fall over at one stage.
I had to par the last 3 holes to beat him (437y par4, 498y par 5, 429y par 4 into the wind) so I was pleased with that.

And it was feckin' freezing!!!!!!!!!

It was cold. I went to the range tonight and gave up. Ended up hit pitches to use them up as quickly as I could and then home. I'm playing tomorrow in a texas scramble and not looking forward to all that standing around.

It sounds a good game and unfortunate for Fragger but Imurg deserved it for his strong finish on those last 3 long(ish) holes
