When learning guitar, a commonly used technique is to try to play a passage two steps faster than you urgently can. Then when you go back to one step faster, it seems easy, and you e gained a step in speed.
When learning to rock climb, I used to try to make moves I knew were well beyond me, but then when I went back to something that was just a bit beyond me previously, it now seemed easier.
I want to improve the quality of my strike with my huge topline, deep cavity back beginners irons. Is it worth me buying a second hand single iron in club that’s well beyond me (something like and mp-32 8i), so that when I come back to my Wilsons, it seems a bit easier?
Do you think that might work?
I sit worth a go for about the £30 it would cost?
