Yes its true im going away on the 17th April for a stag weekend and were playing
Augusta National on Friday
&
St Andrews on Saturday

EERRRR on a golf simulater

Its only a bit of fun with the group being a mix of playing & non playing lads.

I have never played on one of these things.
They claim to be accurate to within 2 yards of where an actual shot would go.

Has anyone used one,are they just good fun or better than that?

Tried them once in Glasgow, good fun and realistic to say the least.

You'll have a ball.

I've played Royal Birkdale & Carnoustie on a golf simulator before and they're quality.

The little analysis screen that shows exactly how your clubhead hit the ball with clubhead speed etc is really good, especially for people like me (high ish handicappers) who know they dont strike the ball cleanly all the time.
