A traditional roast beef dinner with all the trimmings (such a hard choice given my penchant for cod and chips too) an unlimited supply of Fosters (sod the diabetes I'm on an island with no tablets anyway) and I'd have to cheat with my record and go for an LP (its still a record) and probably go for either dark side of the moon or misplaced childhood

Give me a set of drums rather than a record. No point in a record cos there's no leccy to power the player.

Reason for meal is that I have that choice in the veg I could leave some on alternate days and wouldn't get fed up of it.

Music would have to be one of the great classicals as listening to the same song over and over would turn you cookoo,though American Pie sprang to mind.

Drink would be fresh water, keeps you healthy, drinking the same drink over and over would be yukky.

Food. One of my great chicken concoctions cooked in tomatoes/juice etc or maybe stuffed chicken breasts.with lots of roasted veg, onions and varied sprinklings.

This way I could stay healthy enough to play golf when Im rescued lol.
