I think Greensleeves is a master stroke.
It can be a march,ditty,folksong,rock, whatever.
Imagine a Welsh male voice choir, bagpipes, Irish folk band, Saffie choir or opera choir singing it....so versatile.
Can't quite get my head round English footy fans singing it though.
Mind you even the Tartan Army have mastered Doh a Deer..........Oh no Mary Poppins earlier thread!!

...and as much as I'd not sing it that much - I can imagine it sung 'majestrially' with real gusto and it giving a fair tingle down the spine - as well as speeded up and bopped to by football supporters and the likes.
