That was a very good hour. Easy to understand and maybe a little ponderous at times with presentation but certainly worth watching.

Love Mike's videos and that one is gold. Funnily enough, after my lesson yesterday I'm working on getting my wrists through the ball like he shows - as if I'm hammering the ball, rather than the twisting motion I tend to use instead.
