Were you looking for a five minute argument or a course of ten ?I came to this thread for an argument. Looks like I walked into contradiction instead.

There's this guy called Tiger Woods, wears a black glove, swears by Aimpoint, who is a footie fan and interested in the politics of an independant Scotland but thinks Liverpool's transfer policy is crap. What could possibly go wrong?
And I saw him on TV the other day moving his chipper out of the way in his bag to get to his telescopic ball retriever.
Does he play on the Trilby tour ?Is that the guy who doesn't know how to take a penalty drop?
DOH! I've done it now

Typical English response.
Why not, it's our fence!
I think you will find the support poles are on OOR side of the boundary.
By Scottish law that means the fence is MY property.
Bear in mind the Romans may also have some claims.
What if the fencing panels are between the fence posts? Down here (and maybe up there) fence ownership is often shown on the property deed plan by one or more letters T marked on the boundary on the owners side of the fence. I still wouldn't sit on it - the neighbours would only complain.
I bet you're not sure you want an argument or is this only a 'provision' thread until you're only virtually certain'.

Yeh, but what have they done for us lately, apart from the roads, the sanitation, education and medication?
Aw I see..........that depends on which direction the nails/bolts are driven in from.
I'm still going to sit on it and jump down on which ever side looks best.
Come to think of it; a bit like you and the Scottish question![]()
Hope you spotted the carpet tack edging I nailed to the top of it.
