Possibly the way some people rave about it as though it should be Michelin starred? That's not aimed at you btw.
It's a perfectly okay high street restaurant I agree, but no more than that.
My idea of a restaurant is that I go in, sit down, and someone brings food to me. It's part of eating out. Nandos business model does not fit me. It's like a MacDonalds, but with chicken.
