I can't reply to a PM

I have just had a PM but when I try to reply to it, I can't type in the reply box, any ideas anyone?

Tried sending a new message, it wont let me type anythiing in there either.

I think it's something to do with using an older version of Internet Explorer.

I use version 9 and I can't reply to a pm either.

And if I try and add a smiley to a post the page crashes. :-(

i cant add smileys on posts either.

As for pms i can only reply to them from my iphone.

I had the trouble with pms at one point but i clicked the compatibility view button at top of the page and then they worked again.

Is ie not only used to download a decent browser?

IE is certainly the problem.

I now just use my Ipad, which is fine.

IE8 defo doesn't work with pm's
