I cannot believe the weather. This was today? I am not that far away from there and it has been Grey and cold with constant drizzle all day. You folks got really lucky. Not played Hoylake but Formby is great

Yes mate, this was today. We could see it looked dark inland, and lucky it missed us and the blue skies stayed. The wind was picking up at the end, but hey, I wasnt complaining.

Glad it turned out well for you. Nothing worse when you are going to somewhere a bit special and the weather ruining it for you. I wanted to do some practice today but it was just to miserable so stayed in and got some work done.

I checked The BBC weather forecast last night for today's forecast for Hoylake, they had it down as raining all day. How wrong can you get? It was near perfect all day.
