HowDidIDo - Contact Details?

Does anyone have any contact details (ideally a phone number) for How Did I Do?

I'm trying to register on there but it doesn't recognise my name when I try and go through the registration process as being a member of my club. I've spoken to our club secretary who says I should be on there and doesn't know why I'm not. I obviously appear on the clubs own list of members and have a HowDidIDo verification code printed at the bottom of my handicap certifificate.

I've contacted HowDidIDo through the contact us forms on their site and got a reply a week or so later. However I haven't had anything resolved other than the club blaming HowDidIDo and HowDidIDo blaming the club. I contacted them again, but have had no reply at all.

Anyone else had anything similar and manage to get it resolved? I've tried different variations of my name just in case, but no luck.

Well the HowDidIDo gods must have been reading this forum.

I tried my usual daily attempt at registering and low and behold, it suddenly recognised me and allowed me to register. Very strange.

Just trying to do the same thing, my handicap certificate has a howdidido verification code on but it doesnt recognise me at my club.

It may be to do with the upload/download from the club to the site. Has there been competition results posted on HDID by the club since you registered ?

happens a lot! just email them and they will fix it for you
