If the video clip is on your computer you can create a youtube account, upload the clip into your account which will give you a code for the clip then cut and paste the code in here

ta Bob,it is of my swing but not the reason to show it,the pro did it in a lot of different sections,i thought it looked quite good,(video not the swing)
