How to stop receiving emails to replied threads

Hello,

I'm sure this is a simple solution but i couldnt see how you can turn off the automatic emails which are sent when someone replies to certain threads! Every time i sign into my Hotmail account there's 20-30 emails that i need to delete!

Change the 'Subscribe to threads' default to 'no' -in General Settings about half way down the Settings option.

Then go to 'Subscribed threads' in messages and unsubscribe from the current ones.
