How to measue a putter?

30" putter - Is it the length of shaft from hosel to top or do you literally measure from the floor?

End of grip to sole below sweet spot. Not down the shaft to the heel.

That is a very short putter. Even for you, with your fixation on crouching over the ball. You'll get back ache, mark my words.
