when videoing your swing on a iphone, is there anyway to make it all slo-mo so you can look in-depth into your swing? as in, get it slo-mo after you have transferred to mac

to get real slo mo you need a camera that can take more than 30fps (Casio Exlim FC100 for instance).
But if you're using an iPhone to capture your swing all you can do is slow done the actual film captured at 30fps.
To do it free and cheaply download VLC media player, it has small arrows that allow you to play back any file slower.
It will be choppy but, you'll get a better idea on what's going on with your swing.

You can cycle through each frame in quicktime. Should already be on your mac.

If you copy it to the PC you can load it into something like windows live move maker and select edit, you can change the speed to slow the play down. Then you can save it at that speed.

Here's a link to one on my blog. This was taken with my iphone 3gs.
