How to get over a bad round off golf

Happens to us all amd often out of the blue. Laugh it off and get back in the saddle

Get used to it. There will be more bad than good rounds if you play for years to come.

No matter how long you've been playing you will always chuck in a bad round, it could be your worst ever, worst in a month, worst in a season but you're not trying to earn a living at it, only played the game for a short while and there's a lot to learn.

There will always be rounds where you walk off and feel you haven't hit the ball well and somehow make a score. Those a good bad days!
