How to add a picture?

I have been trying to add a picture to one of my posts but I am unable to do it. I can see from other posts that it is possible. Help please?

Firstly, you join Photobucket
Then you upload the photo into your album
Then when you hover your cursor over your picture, a drop down list appears. Copy the bottom IMG code then paste it into your forum message
