I just realised I've had my i20's 5 years now. I'm not thinking about changing them, but how often do you change yours?
Before my current set, I had my previous ones 6 years and before that a very long time.

Personal choice, good quality clubs and if they are still working for you then no problem.
Worth getting a lie/ loft/gapping check to see if they need adjusting at all
And prob worth checking that the shafts are still right for you.

Having said that , always nice to have new shinies :)

On my fourth set.

First was a mishmash of n-hand irons from car boots, ages unknown. They were just for hitting old balls round a field, literally!

I did dabble in golf as a youth, playing for two summer holidays at a loca course, £30 for unlimited weekday golf during the school hols!

I had one of those starter half sets for that. Ffazer Firepower!

I upgraded to a proper starter set
Ben Sayers Grand Slam oversized, when I dabbled in the game a few years later. Just a few summers again joining my cousin who was a proper member for a few rounds. Even got an eagle once!

Had those for years and years, only changed them for my current second hand set in 2010.

In 20 years I've had 4 sets, never spent over £200. Never even hit any before I bought them! I guess I changed every 5 years on a -average then.

Only dabbled in the game for 13 years of those 20 and been a nomad for half of the remaining 7.

Ive still managed to shoot in the 70s and have a handicap of 11.

No idea how though!

8-10 years. Takes me ages to really get used to them, even despite being fitted, so I'm happy to stick with them. The grooves are dreadfully worn and heaven knows what the lies are like but I know what they can/can't do.

current ones will be with me until the grooves are no more, fitted like a glove from day 1 and love them to bits, expect to be replacing with like for like when i have to

Too often - had 2 different sets last year alone and changed again at Xmas to a new set for the start of this year.

But happy with the ones I have now so they should be sticking around for a few years.

I think i have 8 sets, but i only play golf with 2 of them. I dont think i will buy any more, but you never know.

I think i have 6 drivers, but it might be more. I am buying another one next week too.

I change too often but the last change should hopefully have me set for a while. I was always playing the wrong shafts before and always had the desire for something shiny and new. With the 900 forged I hope that's gone

Been playing for 3 years, and on my 3rd set, although the first was a hand me down 15 year old set that i used for a couple of months.

The 2nd set i wasn't fitted for and had a year, so had the AP1's for just over a year.

Going for a hit of the i200's, Cally Apex and JPX900 later, as i'm getting twitchy again.

You wouldn't regret changing for the jpx900s

Had 1 set all 2016
Had a different set all 2015
Current set I can't see me getting rid for a while

Before that probably every other week!

Looking forward to bluewolf seeing this thread
