How Much Was Your Golf Per Round?

About 5 years ago when I was off my golf the three rounds I played in the year cost me £220 each that was a big ouch.

costing me my now about £5 per week, as I am getting out about 3-5 times.

I was just trying to work out based on how many times i was out last year and how much my membership fee was, what the cost was per round.

I do hope you have included the amortised cost of all your equipment, clothings, travel, disposables (balls/tees/gloves) etc in your calculations.

Then the slightly less obvious presents, trips, new windows and the guy to mow the lawn when you are playing.....etc etc etc

if you are going to do such exercises you must so them properly

Didn't play as much as previous years and reckon it would have been around £15 per round. However add in all the time I spent on the practice facilities or the odd nine holes here and there, plus the camaraderie in the 19th and I still think I am getting value for money.

Probably about £25 a round at my Club. Been playing too many other courses in the last two years, which has added to my golfing costs. Absolutely no value out of practice facilities, but I have saved a fortune on discounted food and drink.

im currently working this out with my calender, im hoping for less than 15 a round

just worked it and it has cost me £13.08 a round at my course (£870 a year). woop woop. also i played 66.5 rounds at my home course and 57.5 rounds at away courses so 124 rounds of golf last year:cool:

£25 for me. £500 a year, limited to 20 rounds a year (i have not used all my 20 yet from June last year!) on my associate membership deal. usual green fee is £40, it works for me!

My home course costs be around £3.50 a round! We do tend to play away courses a few times a month. Some of those are free on The Smart Golfer Network but others aren't and then there's opens we like to play and competition entries etc. Good job we get value from our membership :-)
