As the subject says, how much snow you got? Up here 3 mile west of Newcastle there is a couple of inches, it's wet and melting quite steadily, even last night the temp stayed above freezing.

But supposedly we have more to come at 12 and then a heavy dusting from 3. Not that the met office have got much right so far other than its going to snow at some point
The Berwick Rangers website carried a report that the game was off yesterday due to 6 inches of snow.....the pitch is 500 yards from me and all I will say is the reporter probably reckons he has a 6 inch wanger as there is no more than 3 inches....the temperature is not below freezing but it's windy so feels baltic. Inland a couple of miles nearer 5 inches.
Poor forecast for this afternoon for 24 hours,if it falls as snow looks like another 3 inches may be falling.

A few inches here also, snowed a fair bit on Friday and was gone yesterday morning totally then it started again last night and another skiff starting now.

A bit different/worse 8 miles south west of Newcastle.......more snow overnight. around 4/5 inches lying....although not as cold....
and the forecast not good......snow on and off through Sunday night then worse through Monday....be no golf in this area until God knows when.............but my indoor putting is going well.....lol
