Hardly an issue if it's a friendly, surely.

If its a drawn event then you shouldn't be able to change the time at all. All the luck of the draw

If it's a drawn comp. then obviously not possible, I would have thought.

After all that the forecast was wrong, we got drenched for 18 holes.
1 pp NRd the other scored gross 74 net 67, i scored net 71 , an hour after we finished the comp was cancelled due to flooding, to be rescheduled.

Correction the comp was actually abandoned, so reduction only, scores below the SS will get a reduction.
