How Many Rounds Did You Play in 2015.

7 at a guess. 5 decent knocks with one at level par (which won a lovely lowest gross trophy at St Georges Hill) and two shockers at 10 over ish. This is a lower number of rounds than average for me. Normally like to get into double figures.

Looking highly likely that I will becoming a member of a club by the Spring of 2016 though so should be playing pretty much weekly through the summer with a bit of luck...

Happy New Year by the way. :)

Around 30.

I try and play most weeks but life gets in the way.

I've now joined a club and will soon be getting my first official Handicap. I'm hoping to play at least once a week in 2016.

30-35.. Not enough really.. Life got in the way.. May be time to consider whether golf club membership is worthwhile.. I'd rather be doing stuff with the kids at weekends, and neither of them are interested in golf..

Poor show from me, I think I managed about 40 rounds in all. Was hoping for much more than that but it turned out a very patchy season, squeezing in 3 rounds one week and then nothing for a month at times. Hopefully will achieve more consistent play and results in 2016.

Maybe 50ish. Nowhere near as many as usual,Only 8 qualifiers too, no vfm out of the club whatsoever.
I'm still not sure what to do about membership this year. I'll probably leave it until the start of the season before deciding.

I played 62 rounds this but sadly only 4 medals. Really misses my competitive gowf.

Luckily I had 7 teams matches to keep the competitive edge going

112 on home course.
23 on away trips (Turkey, Gainsborough, Forest Pines etc.).
20 in matches.

Not bad for an old un.

Mike that is a seriously impressive list of courses.
Were they personal ventures or did some get visited for the top 100 courses.
What were your top 3

'underpaid, over privileged'. It's the motto of the golf writers!

most of them were work related in some way or another (covers everything from part of a media trip, manufacturer golf day, post deadline day out with the GM team, friendly knock with golf industry people, H4H forum day etc)

main exceptions - Hartley Wintney & Royal Liverpool where am a member, Liphook where 2 oldest friends are members, Moortown and Allwoodley where did my boys golf tour this year

I'd say only a couple were specific visits re Top 100 rankings (Woking which realised I missed off list and Close House) but I'd make notes after every visit to a course in the top 100 or a top 100 contender course for use when we come to complie our rankings

Top 3 new ones
Old Sandwich
Nairn
The Scandinavian

Top 3 overall
Muirfield
Royal Dornoch
North Berwick/Old Sandwich
