I'm lucky enough to have a 21ft x 23ft lounge and am always putting balls down at one end of the lounge and hitting them 15ft into a bean bag with my 56,60 & 64deg wedges. I practice lobbing them into the bag and running them in low. I alter my weight according to how I want the trajectory of the ball to go.

Obviously i practice putting too.

I have just spent 15 minutes on the putting mat. Can't do anything else, as we have floor boards, and they are useless to golf off.

Putting is good though. After a winter on temps, 15 minutes a night the last week has seen my putting stroke return to its former glory.

I have been known to chip balls onto the couch from under the window.

I do also use the putting mat in the bedroom!

Wondering if I gcould get away with driving in the hall? :D

Yep, get my putting mat out once or twice a week, and sometimes chip indoor balls about, has no relevance to on the course play but it is fun.

Ever since I took a practice swing in the bathroom a few years ago and knocked a heavy bottle of perfume into our brand new sink and cracked it (the sink) I tend not to practice indoors anymore.
I got told off for that one
:o :o :o :o :o :o :o

Never ive got a life!!!
But not enough of a life that you don't feel the need to post on forums!! ;)

Got a putting mat in my office, I work from home so I do a lot of "thinking" with a Yes! Tracy II in my hand :D

Sure you could Tony, keep the front door open. :)

I pitch & chip on the lawn, any divots I blame on the grandson(7),who can do no wrong in the eyes of HID.

In my opinion there is nothing I can do in the house that is going to be beneficial on the golf course.

You guys see it different, thats fine.Im all for people wanting to improve.

Much rather spend 95% of my time at home being a father to my 2 young girls. Now that's more rewarding than anything else in my life.

If I want to practice something I do it on the golf course where in my opinion it counts more!!

Whilst I agree alot you do at home is irrelevant, spending ten minutes ramming 6 footers in is always going to pay dividens on the course. It has to. Putting is such a confidence thing, that consistently holing 6 foot putts has to be confidence building.

So I disagree, pactice at ome can be good.

Was it? :o

Its true though mate.I stand by my post,I concentrate practice on the course never at home.

In my teenage years I was partial to whacking a ping pong ball round the house.

Tee was in the front room, green was in the extention, armchair was in the way.

Shot required was a low punch loaded with back spin dipping just over the airchair.

With alchemy's short game, he could probably knock it under the armchair, then get it to rise, bounce off the lamp shade and goldfish bowl, skimming off the patio outside
through the swings, 2 bounces on the kids trampoline, run along the washing line until eventually falling into the jam jar balanced on a garden gnome's head.
Or am I being silly, Alchemy wouldn't have a garden gnome
