The only good news is that he wont get out until he's no longer a danger to Society - and that'll be never!
By giving the Indeterminable sentence, the Judge has given the Parole Board - or whoever - a chance to keep him in.

Thats the point - if you remember, the Yorkshire Ripper went to court recently , I think, to try and get parole, but with this sentence this particular pice of vermin should see his days out inside - and lets hope someone gets to him in there!

Agree Dave, but I think it comes down to (as usual) the European Court and their desire to do the opposite of anything sensible.

What arguement can possibly be put forward in favour of keeping this person alive? Can he be rehabilitated and reintroduced to society? How does society benefit from paying for him to be in prison?

love to disagree with you but in this case i cant .. put it this way, id be in favour of chemical castoration, seemingly that would take care of any chance of repeats, but if im to be 100% honest if he did it to anyone belonging to me sorry but id kill him (apologies if anyone is offended by this)

I think one of the benefits of this type of sentence is the help this offers to his prison officers..if he THINKS he may get out he could behave but if he is in for good, with no hope of release, he can then create a violent work place for his minders!

This scumbag may never get out of prison and i sure hope he rots in jail for he rest of his life.

However, it still gets my back up knowing we as taxpayers are paying for his 3 square meals a day, pool table and tv........ A bullet only costs 30p !!!
