How do I add a profile picture?

I can't seem to change my profile picture I must be looking in the wrong place

I also can't seem to reply to and threads that were not created by me am i doing something wrong?

click forum actions, then click edit profile, there is an option then to edit profile picture.

don't know why you can't reply to posts.
I just type in the quick reply box underneath the last post.

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Its just trying to reply to a wanted post.

I think you may now have to have a minimum number of posts to be able to buy or sell anything.

As Smiffy said, to access the For Sale/Wanted section you need minimun 100 posts and 60 days membership, this is to minimise the spammers. You could always PM the poster.
