Oh that’s good. I ordered some balls and they haven’t arrived after a week and I didn’t get a reply to an enquiry about the time it’s taking. Not too concerned as everyone seems to have had A good experience. I‘ll chase again tomorrow ?

As said above, I’ve been to the shop and ordered from their eBay store and never had a problem.

Having said this I’m sure there was a post a while ago, early lockdown where someone had some issues after ordering online

Very good! I recently returned a rangefinder to them that was 11 months old (so one month of warranty remaining). They sent me a replacement, that didn't work either, so they gave me the entire value in store credit. So I treated myself to a wedge instead - which arrived the very next day. So they have my recommendation.
