You know them companies who you pay a bond to, say £5,000.00 and you then have a "bond" or share. With all the other monies they have built up a portfolio of properties all over the world which you can then access, using a points system, and even then you still have to pay certain charges.
Probably can't afford one now, but may consider in the future. It's just that we have spent about £2,000.00 per year on 2-3 cottage holidays in the UK over the last year, so could put to one of these instead. I think you will only benefit after 5 years or more, depending upon how much you use it, but would definitely benefit over 20 years. I believe you can also cash in the bond after so long, but may not get all your money back.
