Yes it counts, as you hit the right line and length.
But it will always have an asterisk beside it, stating that it was on a monitor/simulator

Yes you are.

A hole in one involves hitting a golf ball into a hole, not hitting a golf ball into a projector screen where a software programme calculates what it believes may have happened to the ball had it been hit on a real golf hole and then renders its results on screen.

Trackman, GC Quad etc. are not 100% accurate so it's just an estimate, not an actual result.
