Hitting a lot of fat shots, losing height downswing

Help pls, ive been hitting a lot of fat shots and losing height in my downswing. What are some good drills for me?

To get out of the "dipping" habit try swinging in the garden while looking straight ahead at your reflection in a window. Don't hit balls and don't worry about where the clubhead is going.
Just take full swings with little effort and keep your balance. While looking at your own head you will naturally not want it to dip.

Hard to advise without more info but...
You can either move the bottom of the arc to where the ball is or move the ball to where the bottom of the arc is.
The easier option is to move the ball back a touch.
