I needed new clutches for mine which are no longer made , a Powercaddy clutch fitted with some slight filing of the axle required in order that the wheels locked back into position , simple task

hi Andy I've tried to drill out the wheel but drill won't touch it really hard steel I think the axle would be to hard to file especially to keep it round all the way along both sides of the shaft but will have as the end thanks for your reply

iirc the problem i had was that the clutch was very slightly wider and needed filing down a bit so as the clip lock on the wheels would engage , so it was the clutch i filed , the metal is hard but it will file with a normal handfile . Not sure that your problem is the same as mine though as the axle diameter was not an issue for me .
