motocaddy s1 pro doesn't stop

I cleaned out my Motocaddy S1 pro axle, motor, wheel bearings and when i connect it back up to battery it starts on full speed auto without pressing button nor when i press button will it stop. The wheels barely moved before clean now they are on turbo power. Any suggestions or has the control box just gone out of control ?

Ther are 3 canles from the control box - 1 to the motor , 2. to the on/off / speed button on handle 3. to the battery 4. ???? it is a cable that runs to the underneath part of where the motor slots into - any idea of what this does? just wondering how to check if this ciruit works corrctly and this is the underlying problem to why my wheels keep spinning.
