High Ball vs Low Ball?

My ball flight has got higher as I've learned to compress down properly. I'm quite happy with the flight as it tells me I'm swinging well. I can hit it lower if the need arises but generally I'm happy where I am

this I guess? Which hand would you wear it on? bit confused as not overly clear, guess it could be the left to stop flicking at the ball?

Thats the one Pal......Iv worn it on the right wrist which keeps it bent at 90 degrees to the right arm at the top of the backswing...And it also keeps the right wrist in the proper position at impact......

On the left wrist i flatten it so that it stops my left wrist breaking down,,,,And also keeps it flat at the top of the backswing.....Bare in mind though that this is all subject to your grip.....

I hit a high ball with my irons but have no problem with it.
I know I hit my 7 iron 140 yards consistently and know the distance for all my irons
so hitting them high is fine.
Some of my playing partners have problems getting the ball up and are really jealous :)
My biggest problem comes when its really windy :(

I've gone from being a high ball hitter to a super low ball hitter, with 5-iron worm-burner a speciality  - trying to get back to a medium flight at the moment.

Path has gotten a little too inside, hands are a little too forward and my left wrist is actually bowed into impact, need to get the club head down to the ball a little quicker, also make sure my chest covers the ball rather than getting ahead of it..... basically a few little 'off timing' things that have crept into my swing by not hitting enough balls and trying to 'force' it somewhat.

i have a high flight and high launch, tend to release the club far too early and it keeps creeping back, then i start swinging harder which just makes it worse. i would like a lower, more penetrating ball flight.
