here we go

Its probably a bit of excitement as well :). Once youve got your first tee shot away you will be fine. Good luck and hope you have a good round.

its is a par 3 Birchy, mind you my drives only go about 170-180.

Woops. Might have to take some off it then..

I learned the hard way.Tried to play for position off the first when in comps or nervous and tended to hit it fat for some reason. A fatted driver goes further than a fatted 5 iron so always go with it now.

If it's anything like here with you I suggest you take a snorkel with you. The drought has been pouring down for over 24 hours now and our fields have pools of standing water. Haven't enquired but I expect our course will be closed this morning - and still no sight of an end to the 'drought easement'.

louise if you werent nervous there would be something wrong.

Tense up your shoulder muscles for 5 secs on the tee then let them relax, takes away the tight muscled short first tee swings, then just ensure you put a smooth balanced swing on it, dont power the first shot or the golf gods will get you:rolleyes:
