Help4Heroes 4 balls and other auction items

I got three brand new Asher Chuck golf gloves , 1 x Orange, 1 x Green and 1 x Pink, for the left hand, size men Medium/Large.

I bought three, for myself, but the shop sent me my order twice, so rather than keep them or send them back, I thought to put them towards a prize or booby prize on H4H day.

Should have a 4 ball voucher coming in from Dunstanburgh Castle GC

About to put some of the 4 balls up for auction.

Could anyone that has promised one please give me some details, if not already done so. I need to know expiry date, days of the week it can be played ( a lot exclude weekends) and any other conditions, max handicap etc.
