Hi guys am after a bit of help if poss? I used my skycaddie for the first time today and for sure it helped massively... just need to know how to attach it to a carry bag?? It was doing me head in in and out pocket!!Any advice appreciated.....

It should have come with a belt clip - in my opinion its not very good but I know some guys use it. Fix the clip to the unit and then attach to the bag and it should hold. I don't trust these belt clips that much. I used to work in Mobile Phone accessories and they were suppiled with every phone in those days - they were rubbish then. No reason to think they're any better now.

I use one of those thin hand straps that come with compact type cameras. Securely tie it to the belt clip fixing on the back of the skycaddie and then loop it through a secure fixing point on the bag. Then use the belt clip to attach the whole gubbins to the bag.

Simples.

DON'T rely on the belt clip only.

The belt clip isn't great to be honest. I have never had a problem just taking it of my pocket, using it and putting it away again. I like Lefties idea though if you really want to put it on your bag. Be careful though as I'm not sure how waterproof they are if it starts raining
