Help me get on plane- video inlcuded

Hi

After the good advise received from my first post,
i decided to ask again about another swing fault,
hope somebody can help
...

The video is of me hitting a 3 iron.
I think my swing plane on the downswing at the top is far too steep, i seem to correct myself half way down?...

Can anybody give me some swing thoughts to help maintain a good swing plane throughtout
