Help ! Help us split the Matches........

Crowd of us going up to Slaley in June, 16 of us in total, and we usually split into 2 Teams of 8 with some money in the pot to play a 'Ryder Cup' type of format.

However, so often, with each team choosing the pairing for the day, we end up playing with either same people.

So can anyone work out a format, with 4 x 4Balls each Round ?

Day 1. - 1 Round. (pairs Matchplay)
Day 2. - 2 Rounds.
Day 3 - 1 Round (Head to Head - in 4balls etc.)

I'm guessing its not going to be poss that we dont play with someone we havent played with before, but my brains hurting......

Team A (1-8); Team B (A-H)

Day 1: 1&2 v A&B, 3&4 v C&D; 5&6 v E&F; 7&8 v G&H
Day 2: 1&4 v F&G, 2&3 v E&H; 5&8 v A&D; 6&7 v B&C
Day 3: 1&5 v C&H, 2&6 v D&G; 3&7 v A&F; 4&8 v B&E
