Help for a stressed Uni student

Hi everyone! Im ghad and completely new to the forum. Amazing what you can find from a google search. I am a 5 handicapper, hacking it round Balmore golf club.

What brings me to this part of the web is I am currently in my final year of my Marketing degree from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, and in the depths of my dissertation.

My dissertation is the 'Recruitment and Retention of Golf members: A Scottish Story'. The reason I bring my research onto this forum is I am looking to do what the books call, Netnography. Basically what is an online discussion on my research objectives. The main attraction of a forum like this is it gives me an access to different and more varied demographics, varying golfing abilities, golfers who are members of clubs, golfers who aren't members of clubs and so on.

Since I am completely new I will be fairly unfamiliar to everyone on here, but I am sure you are a friendly helpful bunch.

So it is nice to meet you all, and hopefully we can get a discussion going that is going to prove golden for my research.

- Under the age of 65
- Play/ have played golf

As far Scotland, I am not entirely sure it makes a big difference. In regards to clubs I have interviewed to get the club perspective, it has been Scottish clubs. But with this being a forum, it allows me to analyse the online behaviour of anyone that falls between the above credentials

Those are not credentials buddy. You've given us your target audience instead. Credentials are proof of who you are/qualifications etc.

I'm not bothered about credentials but stop showing up my old Uni
