Just wondered what folks prefer when it comes to headgear on the course.

I prefer a baseball cap during the summer and in still, dry weather but a woollen bobble hat in winter and "adverse" conditions. I would never play with nothing on my bonce, anyone else feel the same?

Im exactly the same as you, At this time of year I wear a bobble hat (minus the bobble) but keep my cap in my bag incase it's too hot.

Headphones when I'm practising.

Sometimes don't wear anything but do like wearing hats sometimes.

That I use on course I have, 2 leather cowboystyle hats (Brown and Tan), 3 bobble hats, 3 visors, a mercades benz flat cap, 5 baseball hats and a buff.

one of visors is multi coloured and one of the bobble hats resembles a tea cozy.

At the minute i'm walking the course with full under armour gear on, winter mitts, thermal socks and a hat (strictly no bobbles).

Dont bother with a cap in the summer, i'm looking for a tan while i'm out there so leave the glove off too!

I tend to use a TM beanie hat in the winter and baseball caps in the summer and always play with a hat on. I always carry an old cap or visor as I wear glasses and so need some protection if it starts to rain especially if I've only got the beanie

I don't really like wearing anything on my head and will only do so if absolutely necessary. Bobble hat in the winter if it's really, really cold, cap in the Summer to try to avoid an attack of sunstroke...but it's got to be boiling hot for me to wear one.

I wear glasses to drive the car(almost always!), as im a bit short sighted, i just cant play with them on though. putting and chipping is horrible while wearing them, or my putting and chipping anyway.

Did it take much getting used to? It'd be good to see every ball land

I always start off wearing a hat either summer or winter and end up taking it off. I don't like wearing them whilst playing, that said during the summer I wear a cap to stop sun stroke (weather permitting).

I have the Srixon cap, its great because its structured and so looks good rather than the unstructured ones which look crap after a few rounds - not forgetting my huge head.

a bobble hat just now but cant play with a baseball type hat

I always wear a hat or visor. My hair is a mess, and blows every where without one. I am always worried the glue might work loose.

I have about 6 BB hats, a purple visor, a strange green crushable leather hat, a black and white leather cowboy hat (which weighs a ton).

I used to have a purple fedora, which was great, but it melted in the rain.

unless I'm mistaken in your signature pic you've got no hat on. Windy that day was it? :D :D :D :D

Ted Baker Beanie when really cold and, wait for it, a Kangol Beret on backwards when it warms up a touch. When it gets to early spring nothing at all to get a tan. Oh, by the way did I mention I'm a bit of a poser!

Aha, the Samuel L Jackson look. Nice

I've got two TM beanies, and a Ping beanie that I wear in winter (not all at the same time!!) but don't wear a cap\hat in summer.

Caps make me look like a right twonk... but then again, so does my golf. :D

Woolly hat when it's cold.
Bare heid when it's not cold but overcast.
Baseball cap when it's hot / sunny to prevent my heid getting burnt and the glare blinding my playing partners. :D

Well i have shaved hair(very very short) and me head isnt exactly average size for hats its on the small size probably due to the lack of hair :D.
I wear a wooly hat sometimes in winter and no hat in the summer just factor 30 on the crown.....
I may try one of those new engineer look hats that ricki barnes has been wearing lately it looks kind of small so it may suit....Here's hoping
