In very good condition - we went there 3 years ago

IMO it's one of the most underrated venues for a one night two round stay

Both courses are challenging and in very good nick , the hotel is very good with good food and decent prices for drink.

Throughly recommend the place

100% echo the above

If you're going with a group of guys, take a spare liver. They served us till 6am, and then 4 of us went and played 9 holes before breakfast. For some reason my first shot was an air shot.

Went last August, had a great time. Beer was around £4 a pint if I remember correctly, which we didn't think was too bad. Courses were in excellent condition.

Spent a night there about 12 months ago, the only downside really and it seems to be quiet common with these 'Sunday Stopovers' was that both rounds took 5 hours.
The courses themselves were both good and in decent condition considering the time of year and the amount of traffic they receive.

Think you must've got unlucky there mate, we played Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, got round in good time. Nowhere near 5 hours
