Went in 2014 for the final day, what a place! I love the fact that people can't take their phones or cameras in, live in the moment for a bit and leave the world outside those gates.
Wandered around early doors to look at all the iconic holes then planted myself down at amen corner, second row behind the 12th tee. Watched them all tee off...including a young lad called Spieth who had a visit to Rae's creek for the first time...
Then followed Bubba and Spieth for the rest of the holes, along with pretty much everyone else there!
I must say it is very organised (as you'd expect), refreshments are inexpensive and the crowd are well behaved. Any 'mashed potato' crowd are escorted off the property.
If you get the chance, grab it and go, you'll not regret it.

Absolutely.... having driven into a spot, which enabled them to get into a position on the green, which gave them a chance of holing the putt!! (or keeping it on the green!)
