Looking to join this club as just moved in nearby and wanted to see if any current members or anybody played it on here?
Course seems to get good reviews and price seems about right for the area (compared to Kings Norton, Moseley etc without the high joining fees)

Not played since August as left current club as not enjoying it my golf and also a failed attempt to rescue my relationship means I am now getting ready to start playing, got the urge again

Please note, this is not the 9 holder nicknamed Beruit....

Thanks

Hi there

I am a member at Harborne, and I think it's a great club. I've been there a couple of years and I'm perfectly happy there. The layout is interesting, and a fair test. The greens are fantastic in summer, and pretty good through the rest of the year.

The club manager is leaving in the new year, so I can't speak for the future, but it has been very well run in the time I've been here.

Subs aren't cheap, but if you're going to play a decent amount, you'll get good value.

If you fancy a game, I'd be happy to take you out over Christmas sometime? I'll be heading out a fair bit....send me a PM if you fancy it.

Played this course once a couple of years ago - enjoyed it more than any other. Tempted to go for their twilight offer if it's on next year - £400 from April-September.

Thanks Mike, I will take you up on that offer but likely to be new year now due to child arrangements and work. Just getting sorted with driving range sessions at moment down at Becketts farm so looking to get ready for Jan.

You seriously need a crash helmet to play Church farm, any shouts of fore and the whole course ducks, you have no idea where it's coming from as that tightly packed. Not a bad little track but highly dangerous
